The hotel had a metro station right next to the entrance. Staff were consistently polite and helpful . I found my room to be very super clean and cozy. The location was advantageous, as it was quiet, safe, and located near various amenities such as a supermarket, restaurant, and pharmacy.
The free WiFi offered by the hotel was not consistently reliable in the room. I experienced very slow speeds or a complete lack of connection at times. I had to position myself near the door to improve the signal strength.

I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff . They took care of my needs by providing ice when I requested it. They sometimes brought it without me even asking for it. The lobby was spacious and clean.
During my 2024 visit, the room's bathroom smelled unpleasant. It smelled like sewage, and the odor lingered. I had to keep the bathroom door shut to prevent the smell spreading.
